What is taste?
To: macko this is a famous Sichuan(四川.中國) dish .The pork is coat with ground rice with五香粉,also豆瓣醬(トーバンジャン),soy sauce ,oyster sauce etc,then put on a bed of pumpkin,and steam the whole dish.As you can imagine,it tastes quite complicated and spicy.

To: macko My pleasure!Any 四川restaurant will have this,or if you could buy the ingredients,quite easy to cook at home.
