What is taste?

To: macko this is a famous Sichuan（四川.中國） dish .The pork is coat with ground rice with五香粉，also豆瓣醬（トーバンジャン），soy sauce ,oyster sauce etc,then put on a bed of pumpkin,and steam the whole dish.As you can imagine,it tastes quite complicated and spicy.
