Dough: In a bowl, mix everything until it will become a smooth dough.

Dividing the dough in two equal parts. One is putting in a baking tray. Add fruits on the dough in the tray. (You can mix with vanilla sugar and fruit in advance, it's optional.)

Take the another dough and grate it on the top of fruits.

Bake for 45min(no need to preheat) at 160C. (Checking first 30min.)

After baking, let it cool down and cut it in pieces.
