Pan seared chicken breast with sunflower seeds and olives

Chicken breast

Black Pepper
pinch
Olive oil
1 teaspoon
sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon
Pickled Green Olives

as per taste
White wine

作り方

Marinate thinly sliced chicken breast in lemon juice for 15 mins

Heat oil in the pan; reduce heat to medium and sear chicken till it shows light golden color.
Quickly turn in on other side and add sunflower seeds in the pan.

Once chicken breast is light golden color on both sides add white wine and olives.
Cover and cook for 10 mins.

Sprinkle black pepper and salt.

Serve sizzling hot with sourdough bread.
