豚肉とへちまのみそいため

from okinawa,pork and sponge luffa stir frief with miso

"stir fried"I mean

Except from miso, this is similar to thai food but, my mom's recipe we add some eggs too. This dish looks so nice and healthy ;)

To: PraePlanet I have never had this in Okinawa,I found the recipe in a cookbook and this look like the sponge luffa that used a lot in Chiuchow,so I am not surprise you have this in Thailand.

To: PraePlanet It works very well with miso,but I can imagine the Thai version will be so good with the egg,I love Thai food too!
