- Boil Egg in hot water for 15 mins. Drain & soak in tap water for 1 min before crack open.

- Mash Egg with Dash of pepper & 2 spoon Mayo. Mix well.

- Cut the bread corners and place cheddar cheese on bread. Place 2 ham (fold half) on bread.

- Spread Egg Mayo on top on ham.

- Place the other pc of bread and cut sandwich to serve.
