Country pâté with prune

Came back from Paris and already missing all the charcuteries badly.This one is similar to the one I did earlier,but dried prunes were added,to provide a lovely contrast.

パテドカンパーニュ、バゲット、ワイン…🍷これだけで楽しいディナーになるね。

I have a special love for all the bistro,so I did try to go as many as possible during my Paris trip,and of course I couldn't miss all the pate,rillettes,ham and saucisson,I just regret that my trip was too short,two months is ideal!
At the moment I will try to improve my skill of making these!
