材料・調味料 (6 人分)
Minced pork
250-300g
Flour
A little
Eggs(one separate yolk and white)

Carrot diced
1pc
Medium Onion chopped
1pc
Soup Pasta
30g
Yoghurt
100g
Parsley finely chopped
For garnish
Salt and pepper
To taste
作り方

Mix with minced pork and egg white. And add salt and pepper. Making small balls using water on your hand. Dust flour slightly on each balls.

Put oil on frying pan and fry carrots and onions.

Boil 1.5l water and when it’s boiling to put balls. When balls are cooked, add vegetables and leave low fire for 10min. Then add pasta.

Another few min for cooking pasta. Mix well yoghurt with a egg yolk and whole egg.
When the pasta is cooked, turn off the fire and add yoghurt mixture and mix well.
