Place water and tomato puree in the pot on high heat.

When it’s boiled add vegeta, pepper, sugar, dry basil, garlic powder and cook for 5-10min, cover with lid.

Prepare noklice by mixing flour, eggs and salt to get thick dough. Rest a bit.

Take off the lid from the pot, lower the heat and add noklice dough one by one with a small spoon. Put back lid and cook for another 5min until noklice appear on the surface. Add milk, olive oil and serve hot. Decorate with fresh basil leaves.
