Thank you Makiko,so glad you like this! 白菜豚肉ミルフィル鍋is a winter standard,I make every year,this year I tried something different.Cabbage needs to be softened first,but it's quick,the rolls are later on put back in the liquid,also some dashi,and that's good enough,I like it simple,big flavours coming from cabbage and pork already!
