My first ever Mont Blanc,and here is my favourite combination:
Pate sucree,lined with chocolate, meringue, creme fouetté(whipped fresh cream), creme chantilly aux marrons.
Beautiful ☆∇☆

Thank you,glad that you think it's beautiful!But you think I shouldn't show the naked bottom?There are so many different styles,I would love to make the tart shell shallower too,however,I didn't have the right tart rings,and now I just ordered some for this,may be next time.I hope to see some cakes

I owe this to you my mentor!It's looking at your beautiful cakes that makes me want to explore this more,and now I want to try making a different cake every week! Fortunately this turned out great,I really wasn't expecting this,this is my favorite combination,I could only find the recipes of all the
components from various places,but everything goes so well together,so I am ready to make this again for friends,no need to change anything,may be just better finishing and a shallower tart shell.Yes,It took me one whole day,but it was worth it.

OK,my Mont Blanc were similar to yours,Just difference is only bottoms.
I built bottom basis with baked Italian meringue, (Coated with chocolate)
Central
Central parts is chestnuts paste(rum flavored)and around that are sugarless whipped cream.
outer marron cream is same as you♪
So nice! Surely you can entertain your friends by your Mont Blanc😊 sure,please serve together with Marco Polo for all too!
