Chicken Sandwich with green apple as a side dish.

レシピ
材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Seasoned sliced onions
1/4 of a whole onion
Fried Chicken fillet (Seasoned and glazed with oyster sauce)
One strip cut into 1/2
Fresh cabbage
1 layer
Toasted bread
2 slices
Sliced Avocado
1/2 of the whole
Salt and Pepper for seasoning
作り方

Let a sufficient amount of butter melt on the pre-heated pan. Fry the onions and sliced chicken fillet and season them. Glaze chicken with little oyster sauce. (Make sure the heat is not strong or else it can be easily burnt)

While waiting, prepare your sandwich by toasting your bread, and slicing the avocado.

Once the chicken and onions are fried, design your sandwich layer per layer. (Bread -> cabbage -> onions -> avocadoes -> chicken ->bread)

ポイント

* Avocadoes are natural fat. If you happen to put too much salt, the avocado will lessen the saltiness. so add up avocadoes if the chicken turns out to be salty.

*If you dont want your dish to be oily, reduce the amount of oil/butter and use a non-stick pan so the chicken and onion dont get burnt easily.

*Dont glaze too much oyster sauce as it can make it extra salty!
