Chicken Spinach Omelette

chicken breast
100.gram
spinach finely chop
1.bunch
egg medium size
4.pcs
garlic chopped
3.pcs
salt
1.tsp
black pepper powder
1/2.tsp
cooking oil

作り方

cut into small cubes the chicken breast, keep a side.

heat 1.table spoon of cooking oil into Teflon, add the chopped garlic stir them until smells fragrance and looks golden.
after that add the cubes of chicken breast, stir well, add black pepper powder, and salt, cook till chicken breast is well cook.

add the finely chopped spinach, stir them quick about couple of seconds only and quick turn off the flames. (do not really cook the spinach) (the texture of spinach should still crunchy)

take other bowl, beat the egg using fork or whisk, till you get the egg texture same as you want to make omelette. then adding the mixture of spinach and chicken that we already cook it before, mix well,

take clean Teflon, add with 1. tablespoons cooking oil, add the mixture of egg, spinach and chicken, let it cook on very low heat, wait until down side get hard and brown. then flip it carefully, continue to cook other side until the are also done.
ポイント
