Fish and tofu soup 鱼片豆腐汤

材料・調味料
Ginger
Chinese shaohsing cooking wine
Spring onion
Fish
Tofu
A little oil
Vinegar (dingfeng brand 鼎丰) kangle 康乐醋
作り方

Cut fish into small pieces. Mix with a little oil and cooking wine. Marinate half hour. Fill pot with water and add minced ginger, shaohsing wine. After it boils add fish and tofu. Add a little oil. After serving add a little vinegar.
