- In a mixing bowl, Sieve in flour, add sugar, b. powder, and butter.

- In another bowl, break in your eggs, add your flavour and raisins and mix it a little.

- Add the egg mixture to your flour bowl and mix for 7 minutes using your cake mixer.(pause time to time in order not to over mix).

- Line your cupcake pans with parchment paper and preheat your oven at 90°C for 10mins
- 4
- Divide the batter into two portions, add red food colour to one portion.
- 5
- Add your batter into the lined cupcake pan and top all with dried raisin.

- Bake in oven for 20min.
ポイント
No mixer? worry not! use your wooden spatula to mix the batter for 8mins and you'll get your perfect consistency.
