Creamy Potato

- Cut potatoes into bite size

- Steam potato until 1/2 cooked

- Pan fry butter with onion and ginger

- Add steamed potato and 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce , stir till done , set into oven safe pan

- For the sauce : mix well mayonaise , hot sauce , 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce , 1/2 tbsp sugar

- Place the sauce mixture on to potato

- Springkle sesame seads , springkle mozarella if you want to make it heavier and cremier

- Bake 180 C about 15 minutes
