Got this idea from a magazine,original is Spanish recipe using chorizo,I turned this into Chinese,using Taiwanese sausages.
The green veggie is 萵苣筍,served cold with sesame oil.
アルミのトレーがアジアンな雰囲気!簡単そうだし手軽にパクパクっと食べられるおつまみだね〜美味しそ〜う!

Thank you,I enjoyed this very much,prawn and the sausage are so delicious together,the coriander and scallion oil makes this extra good!I used aluminum tray to carry everything,looks good and casual!
