材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Banana Flower
1/4 Flower
Channa dal
2 Handful
Onion
1/4
Green Chillies
2
Curry Leaves
10 leaves
Fenugreek Seeds
1 Spoon
Curd
1/2 Spoon
Salt
1/4 Spoon
Oil

作り方

Soak Channa dal for 5 hours.

Clean Banana flower and cut as small pieces. Place this in curd water.
Grind Channa dal and banana flower pieces as corse mix.

Cut onion, green chillies and curry leaves into small pieces.
Add these vegetables, fenugreek seeds and salt to ground mix.

Boil required oil for deep frying in a pan.
Make small balls from the mix, flatten it slightly and place it in boiling oil.
Take outside when both sides are cooked.
ポイント

Curd Water : Add 1/2 spoon of curd in 1 liter of water and mix well. This is to avoid blackish color on banana flower pieces if kept outside.
