Green Chilli Pickle

レシピ
材料・調味料 (9 人分)
onion
1 cup
green chilli
1 cup
tamarind paste
4 table spoons
Asafoetida
1/4 spoon
salt
as per taste
gingelly oil
6 table spoons
water
1/2 cup
作り方

add 2 table spoon oil in a pan

add Asafoetida. followed by green chilli, onion and salt. fry for 3 mins

add tamarind paste and 1/2 cup water and cook till water evaporates or onion cooks

add remaining oil and keep mixing

once all water evaporates and oil comes out. you can switch off the stove. store in an air tight bottle container
