Chop the onion and fry them until translucent. And add mushrooms (boiled and drain well), chopped tomato and fry until it’s evaporated. Add rice, dill, salt and pepper and mix them then let it cool down.

Prepare the zucchini by cutting them into half and taking out all the zucchini core. Then start to fill the empty zucchini with the mushroom filling.

In a pot, put stuffed zucchini, add water with 1/2tsp salt(enough water to cover all zucchini) and boil at low fire for around 1hour or more.

Serve the stuffed zucchini with sour cream on the top.
