Peppered Pork Loin in Ginger Spicy Shoyu and Mustard Cider Sauce ✔

1/2 kilo
soya sauce
2 tsbp
mustard
3 tsbp
ginger paste
3 tsbp
ginger minced
1 tsbp
shoyu sauce
1 tsbp
onion

garlic
2 cloves
lemon
1 pc
pepper powder
1 tsbp
cumin powder
1 tsbp
coriander powder
1 tsbp
honey
2 tsbp

Marinate pork with soya sauce cumin coriander pepper powder mustard honey lemon juice ginger paste for 20 minutes.

On a hot pan pour marinated pork. Stir add garlic onions chillies and cover til water evaporites and meat becomes tender. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking. Cook maximum of 20 minutes. Once dry, turn off oven and dish out with your favorite white rice.
