はい！醤油焼きそばです。nope I didn't use the Japanese yakisoba noodles, I used the real 蕎麦 noodles because that is what I have at home.

I prefer 蕎麦 to 中華そば, which is used for standard 焼きそば. And must be good for 醤油 type 焼きそば.
