For once I get to be 富豪 of something,it's Japanese nashi this time,from Kinacox San!
I had the pleasure meeting her in HK when she came over for vacation with her family,and such great people they are!Mother is a classy elegant lady,father what a gentleman,and the daughters are so lovely and adorabl
adorable,we had really great time and I can't wait until we meet again!
Kinacox San,these pears really are the best I've had,so sweet and juicy,I can't thank you enough for everything!

Mari San,I was so happy to meet the family,and even more to receive such great gift!The cute drawing were drawn by the daughters,the top is フナッシー,and bottom one is me,they even wrote me a few lines in English too,so warm and touching!The girls are just adorable!

Yes finally!!I got really jealous seeing all your gifts!I was so happy to meet the family,everyone was so nice, unfortunately they were here only shortly,we didn't spend a lot time together,but sure we will meet again!Aren't these drawings cute?Really thoughtful,they are the sweetest girls!

放了一個月的暑假,每天帶著兒子出去玩,再加上朋友從台灣來都沒做菜幾乎外食,這星期終於開學恢復正常生活,過幾天就會料理zc寄來的鮑魚了,還沒想到要怎麼做比較好吃呢😂Rick 有推薦的做法嗎?😄

難怪很少見你的新作…
今次被你難到了,很少吃鮑魚,也很了做鮑魚的菜式,只可提供我見過或者少數吃過的菜式,如果喜歡的話,會盡量給你查查書本,搜尋一下資料的。不知體積如何,小的話可以用陳皮蒸,然後簡單地放上醬油便是,廣東式做法,勝在原味。在法國吃過一道烤的,然後用本身的肝做一個醬汁伴吃,放上炸過的紅蔥(shallot)絲,是我吃過最好的鮑魚菜式。也可做我先前做過的,鮑魚在淺鍋煎熟,做一個海苔奶油汁伴吃。最後,我對日本鉄板燒料理鹽焗的很有興趣,但還沒有機會吃過,鮑魚先用昆布裹著,再蓋上大量鹽,放上鍋蓋焗熟,大概是這樣,詳細的做法要找找,但相信不易掌握好的。另外想到有其他的,我會再跟你說!

哇!謝謝你提供這麼多做法,我想先拿部份做你那道海苔奶油,另一部份考慮用醬汁燴,難得的食材所以想做簡單又不失原味的做法😋

其實有些抱歉,都是一些不太熟識的菜式。海苔奶油的話,請先預先做起備用,一兩天較好,讓海苔的味道滲進奶油內。鮑魚方面,我會撲上少許麵粉才煎的。也有人會在鮑魚上𠝹花,但要看鮑魚的品質才決定。伴吃的土豆泥,ズッキーニ,炸薑絲,也重要啊!有不明白的地方請隨時找我!
