Love 山形だし so much that I have to make it again.まちまちこさん suggested that I could chop everything finer and pair it with tofu too,I added the rest and became a more substantial salad for me!
Also with lettuce,tomato,onsen egg,ponzu.(レタス、トマト、温泉卵、ポン酢)

這次だし的材料切的十分細碎,正如是正宗的! 豆腐、豚しゃぶ、生菜,番茄⋯這些配合充滿夏季氣息,肯定蠻好吃😋

你這次菜名起得真不錯! 我在餐廳的菜譜裡見到這菜名的話,毫不猶豫地選擇這個吧!

There is originality and you recreated special dishes with Dashi. I kinda feeling it's coolish stamina dishes.

Yep,I was happy with this one too,like you said,it's a balanced dish with many textures and tastes in it,and the dashi really improved now I chopped it finer,like Michako San suggested.So glad to have her around,and you too,thank you,and all resnaps too!
