Glutinous Ball with Milky Gula Melaka, Chocolate & Yam filling

Glutinous r. flour
2 cups
Water
As needed
Sago biji
1/2 cups
Chocolate chips
As needed
Yam paste
As needed
Condense Milk
2 cups
Gula Melaka / brown
1/2 cup
sugar
作り方

Mix glutinous flour with water to make dough.

Add dough with colour if your like.

Make a small ball, fill with chocolate chips filing, make another ball and fill with Yam filing. continue making a small ball with different filing.

Boil water, add sago biji, wait until boiling, put all the glutinous ball into it.

Add milk and gula melaka or brown sugar.

Boil it for the second time, when the glutinous ball floating, it's done and ready to eat.

Do not close the pot with lid while boiling
