Beef Cut Steak in Red Wine

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Beef 1 inch Steak Cut

Meat Tenderizer
Crushed Garlic
Half
Salt
Pepper
Ajinomoto
Butter
1 Inch Cut
Red Wine Cabernet Sauvignon
Thymes
Rosemary
作り方

Tenderize meat for 1 hr. Wash up tenderizer there after.

Season with sprinkle of salt, pepper and Ajinomoto (MSG) both both and front. Leave in fridge for 30 mins.

Heat up pan on medium fire, add cooking oil/ olive oil.

Cook beef based on own preference, mine is well done about 20 mins. Turn both side equally for perfect heat distribution.

Add in butter, and chopped garlic and Thymes.

Cook for 2 mins or until butter melt. Then add in a cup of wine.

Cook steak under low fire for 2 mins, remove to plate.

Continue to thicken wine until it slightly dehydrated.

Cut steak to smaller cut size, drizzle with wine sauce to perfection.
