Vegetable pakoda

cabbage chopped

capsicum julienne

green chilli chopped

ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon
Besan flour
1 cup
rice flour
1/4 cup
Fennel seeds crushed
1/2 tsp
salt, chilli powder
as needed
oil
to fry
作り方

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

Add water carefully, so that the flour just coats the vegetables and doesn't become too runny

Heat oil to fry in medium heat

Drop the mixture little by little and fry till golden brown
