To: dodyu thank you,pork cheek is really good,and not as fatty as belly,I just added some leftover chicken stock,the rest is just water,the pork ,sausage and the veggies are giving a lot of flavour to the sauce already,I think it's good enough.
To: romie ,these stews are very good to eat in winter,such a pity it's like summer today here in Hong Kong....This is a "staub"cast iron pot(but I'm sure you know),one of my favorite kitchenware,thanks for your compliments too!
The pot is also cool!
