Add fresh ground pepper and salt to 1/2 cup flour. Set aside. Whisk the eggs and add 1/4 tsp heavy whipping cream. Set aside.

Heat 1 Tbl butter in a skillet. Dip chicken in flour, then egg wash then put in skillet. Allow to cook until golden brown--about 4 minutes each side. Preheat oven to 350. Place cooked chicken in oven.

In the skillet, pour 1 cup heavy whipping cream. Allow to reduce by 1/3. Add 1/4 cup Bristol Cream. Allow to reduce by 1/3. Add mushrooms.
Place chicken breast on a bed of white rice, cover in mushroom sauce and serve immediately.
