Doesn't have to be a celebration to have roast whole chicken for me,it's so simple,convenient and inexpensive(if I don't go for the French ones...),and last me for a few meals afterwards.
This one is a French basic,stuff butter and tarragon underneath the skin and roast,satisfaction guaranteed!

Haha,really no celebration for me,it was just easy and delicious,and most importantly,there is so much I could do with the leftover!
