Okonomiyaki

Milk
Sprinkle
Shrimp

Bacon

Mix everything except bacons

Season the mixture and let it rest for 5 minutes

Sprinkle oil in the pan on medium hit

Stir the mixture well before adding it to the pan on low hit

Cover/wrap the open side with bacons

Fry till one side is a bit brown and flip the pan to cook the bacon side

When bacon side is well cooked flip again and turn off the hit

Serve with Okonomi sauce and mayonnaise, sprinkle sea sedge and decorate with Bomoni flakes

ポイント

Add any more vegetables as you like. I usually put in frozen peas, corns and carrots.
Be gentle with any liquid you put in the mixture since vegetables will leak out water when seasoned. Resting the mixture is important!
Check if the inside is fully cooked before serving it. I use low heat way through to make sure my okonomiyaki can have enough cooking time without burning.
