Also cooked with cinnamon,ground ginger,saffron,orange juice,red onion,coriander,parsley.etc. Would like to visit Morroco someday to have some proper Morrocan food,and get a proper tagine,but till then,this will do for me....

With many ingredients, and some fruits like apricot is very good matching to cook with meat. Im sure the chicken its taste very good. I also like your ceramic bowl, look nice and unique ;)
