Put diced ham and chorizo in a saucepan along with bacon and 1/4cup of water. Boil and cook until begin to brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Ham, chorizo and bacon are added to the beans and 6 cups of boiled water. Cook over medium heat and cook about 10 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce, put in a pan 1/3 cup olive oil to heat, add the garlic, onion, and sauté for five minutes. Add tomatoes, peppers, cook for 7 minutes and add the sauce to the pot with the beans.

Then add salt and pepper and put the potatoes into the pan with the red beans. Cook for 20 minutes with medium heat. Add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes or until broth thickens.
