I knew about pasta Napolatan,but I didn't realize there is this Nagoya specialty that served on cast iron plate with eggs,thanks to Makiko for posting one!
As good as I expected,cast iron dishes are my favorite things to eat,partly because of childhood memories...

Pasta covered with tomato sauce,sausages,ham and egg always look appealing,doesn't it?But this one even better on a cast iron plate,at least for me!Going to a restaurant that served steak on cast iron plate was a big event for me as a child,I didn't know the purpose,but it has a dramatic effect,I have loved it since then!So you have similar memories,awesome,It's amazing that food could carry so much sentiment!

Makiko,truly thankful for introducing this to me,I always look up local specialty and I am a little surprised I haven't seen this!It's an amazing idea,I am nostalgic person and I love Showa mood,and I love Nagoya and it's people for having something this cool!
