にしんそば

Got off work very late,had to make something quick.Of course I didn't make the にしん甘露煮，I brought it back from Japan.First time I had にしん was in Kyoto,it seems to be on every menu of そば place,I didn't know it was but I gave it a try,and I've been in love with it ever since.
