Cut the avocado into half. Scoop out the avocado pulp with a spoon. Don't break through or tear the skin.

Mash the avocado pulp with the back of a spoon and put lemon juice for avoiding changing colour then combine with the tuna, mayonnaise. Lastly, add the salt to season. Place the avocado mix into the avocado skin.

Top with cheese and bake in the oven until browned. (250C without preheat for 15min.)
