Dory Fish Cake served on a bed of Crunch Sunflower Sprouts #simpleeats #realfood #yummy #freshflavours

材料・調味料 (5 人分)
Dory Fish Fillets
4 medium size fillets
eggs
2 med size
spring onions
1 sprig
coriander
1 stalk
salt
A pinch
freshly ground black pepper
A good sprinkle
low sodium seasoning soysauce
A dash
breadcrumbs
1 cup
garlic
1 small piece
fresh sunflower sprouts and lemon wedges to serve.

Slice the dory fillets into small portions, continuing until they're small enough to be roughly chopped. (you can use your food processor to do this)

Finely chop your red onion and garlic, mix it with the ground fish fillet, together with your roughly chopped coriander.

Add the egg and breadcrumbs. Mix it well. Season with soysauce, pinch of salt and a generous sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper.

Form into small balls then flatten it just before frying in olive oil for about 5 mins. on each side until crisp and golden.

Squeeze in a little lemon zest to taste, and lemon wedges for squeezing over and sunflower sprouts.

Homemade fish cakes are so much better than shop bought ones, and they're very easy to make too!
