Garden grown beets and beet greens. Red and yellow mix.

Beet greens
3 cups
Olive oil
1 splash
Miso paste
1 tsp
Rice wine vinegar
1 splash
Sambal Oelek
1tsp
Tamari or soy sauce
1tsp

Heat olive oil in cast iron skillet
Sauté greens until barely soft

Add vinegar, soy sauce, miso paste and chili sauce. Mix until heated.

Pat yourself on the back for making a fast and healthy side dish or snack.
ポイント

If using large or mature beet greens, rinse well, stack in a flat layer, roll into a tube. Then slice into thin ribbons before cooking. Discard thick stems in bokashi bucket, worm bin, or compost pile.
