材料・調味料 (7 人分)
Lettuce or any green salad or salad mix
Radish
8-10pcs
Baked (roasted with chicken at this time) potatoes
6-8pcs
Boiled eggs
4pcs
Spring onions, greens (dill)
Marinade:
Lemon juice
Honey
Mustard
1tbs
Salt and pepper
To taste
作り方

Wash potatoes and bake whole potatoes in the oven together with the skin until ready. (May be cut into half is OK)

Tear lettuce with fingers. Radishes are slice very thin.
Mix all the ingredients and add chopped greens.

Prepare the dressing:
Shake in a bottle or lightly whip 1tbs of mustard, 1tbs of honey, a juice of fresh lemon and olive oil. Add eggs (half or quarters) to salad. You may serve this salad with yoghurt-garlic dressing additionally.
