Wash potatoes and bake whole potatoes in the oven together with the skin until ready. (May be cut into half is OK)

Tear lettuce with fingers. Radishes are slice very thin. Mix all the ingredients and add chopped greens.

Prepare the dressing: Shake in a bottle or lightly whip 1tbs of mustard, 1tbs of honey, a juice of fresh lemon and olive oil. Add eggs (half or quarters) to salad. You may serve this salad with yoghurt-garlic dressing additionally.
