I have put away my rice cooker now and I use my tonabe or staub to make rice these days,I just love all these rustic style pots and pans,I have too many,my kitchen is not big enough to store them anymore...
You know I love negi a lot,I even thought about bringing these back from my Japan trip,that's too crazy,luckily I found it here,so happy to have a taste of Kyoto here in HK!
So not all supermarkets in Japan sell this,that's a shame,hopefully there are other good ones to replace...

I always enjoy the negi when I travel in Kyoto,that's why I am especially happy to find out our supermarket stocks it now,I bought a bag and made many things with it!
How great,you also got good quality kujo negi!I want to make 葱焼き too,this Kansai style negi pancake is perfect for negi lover like me!
There is never enough negi for me,I want to make many dishes with it,perhaps I could get some ideas from your cooking too!
