Yet here in the states.. I don't normally see the meat of sausage such high detail and quality.
You must spend a fortune!!

Not expensive!Just the typical mince pork we get in the supermarket,you know I don't care much about all the expensive ingredients,especially for everyday use,I believe if given the right treatment,cheaper food is just as good!

I think beef is just as good here,I use lemongrass,root of cilantro,garlic,pound into a paste and mixed into the pork,along with chili,fish sauce and seasoning,roll into sausage shape in cling film,steamed then grilled.Thank you for complimenting that chicken dish again,I am happy!

This is a complicated dish u made. It is also good with fresh vegetables like cabbage and young ginger. You are amazing! ;D
