作り方

Mix butter(butter heat it a little) and sugar till it gets whitish, then add the egg and mix well. Add the flour and the almond powder, and mix very well. Put some butter on the surface of the tart mold. Spread the dough in the mold with 3mm thick and keep it in the fridge for 1hour.

Mix the butter and sugar and add the egg and mix. Then add the almond powder and mix it without containing air too much. Add the rum. Then pour the mix in the tart dough.

Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Put them on the almond cream. Then sprinkle the sugar on it. Heat the oven in advance at 180C. and grill it in the oven for about 50 minutes. Mix the ingredients of nappage in a pan and melt them. Then put it on the tart.
