Melt the white chocolate with 100ml fresh cream. In another bowl, mix fresh cream with 30ml of lemon juice, then add eggs, vanilla essence, corn starch, mixed cream cheese, melted the chocolate then add 10ml more of lemon juice.

Mix everything well and transfer in baking mold.

In the baking tray, add boiled water put the Cheesecake on the top and bake it at 180C for 25min and the at 150C for another 20min. 湯煎して焼く
