Lemon zest + butter + heavy cream + sugar into medium heated pan reduce to half volume then sprinkle the Malunggay leaves for extra taste and health benefits

Pan fried salmon with skin cook according to your desired rareness
ポイント

Salmon is too soft better to cook it lightly golden brown before it will be mushy
