I am using 欖菜 for stir-frying.
Beef small intestine = 牛小肠 (?)
and haricot bean.
I want to enjoy 欖菜 more.

What a delicious looking dish,欖菜goes so well with green beans,and adding 牛小腸is great idea,I love it,I think I should try sometime too!
The translation is good,but we usually just simply call it '牛腸'.
Please continue and make some good dishes here,thank you for showing me this!
