Marinate pork chop with olive oil, chinese cooking wine, salt and pepper and crushed garlic and leave overnight in refrigerator.

Heat up the pan, drizzle olive oil and grilled onion and capsicum until its charred with high heat.

Heat up pan with oil, pan grill the marinated pork chop for 2-3 mins per side. Charred some of the edges to slightly burn. When both side is cook, its done.

With the balance of oil in the pan, add a little water mixed readily with flour. Stir until its flour is creamy, then add a little apple cider vinegar, red wine, sesame oil, soy sauce, hot sauce and a piece of kraft cheese. Taste the sauce to your liking and pour onto steak for serving.

Slice cucumber and soak in brine water made of vinegar, sugar and a little salt. keep in fridge until serving. Cucumber should look translucent when its ready. This will be serve as pickled cucumber like those used in chicken rice garnishing.
