Had this dish in an Okinawa restaurant. I made my own squid ink noodle,Italian style,but I am calling it yakisoba anyway,I didn't know how the original was made. Other ingredients are cuttlefish,cabbage,chives,beans sprout,nori.(イカ、キャベツ、ニラ、もやし、のり)
Thank you Rizmu! This is handmade noodle with squid ink,pasta style,not difficult at all,only a machine is needed. Japan is full of great food,too bad I can't be there all the time,so I try my best to reproduce,usually not as good,but good enough before I could make my next trip! I can't say this is new,but that doesn't matter,it's delicious plate of noodle!

謝謝欣賞!我想這圖案的やちむん是很基本的,我看過很多陶藝家也這樣的設計。就這樣看很難分辨是誰的,碟底也沒有什麼顯示。我也記不起在哪裏得回來的,可能是東京買,或是郵購的....
一直對超市買墨汁乾意麵沒什麼印象,但在日本吃過一道很美味的,濃濃的墨汁味道,我想必是手打新鮮的,回來後一直想做,但那個是日式的,又喚作そば,我沒有任何做法的資料,便當它意式麵來做,包袋墨魚汁(極濃的,不是伴麵速食的那種),加00意大利麵粉(超幼細,專為做麵而設的),加些durum 粉增加口感,還有大量蛋黃。出來是不錯的,跟在日本吃的還差一點,但已經滿意了!
原來這麵條是你手做的! 我以為用購買的… 你還是了不起! 還會做烏冬麵吧,真佩服佩服👏👏
香港不像日本,到處有好東西吃,有的也是貴得過份⋯⋯想吃的話,只有自己做...我會繼續努力改進的!
