Cut in half length-wise, leaving about an inch and a half uncut. Turn and do the same again to make 4 tentacles. If it is a thick hot dog you can cut the tentacles in half again making 8.

Use skewers to poke holes for eyes and a knife to cut the mouth

Put skewers in the hot dogs up the middle between the tentacles

Place on hot grill, parallel to the grates so tentacles can fall through, turning often
