油揚のもろみわさびのっせ

Sometimes I just need some fresh ideas on how to put different things together,luckily I have Nami and Koji here,they have demonstrated a delicious dish that I could make instantly from home!
Nami and Koji,thank you so much for this,I had 油揚げ、もろみ味噌、わさび、しそall at home,but I could never thought I could put together like this,super tasty one,you two are awesome!!

What a happy coincidence that I have everything at home,very good timing too.I have been in love with もろみ味噌 since long time ago,some Japanese restaurants in here like to serve it with cucumber as appetiser.Whenever I see it in supermarket,I'll stock it!
This dish from Koji was absolutely amazing,preparation is straight forward and it tastes wonderful,crispy 油揚げ and sweet miso has a great chemistry!

I like 油揚げ and もろみ味噌,I usually have them at home,they are very convenient food,but never thought they are so good together,I just did what you suggested,grill the 油揚げtil crispy,topped with everything else and I had a very delicious dish!
I have limited knowledge with Japanese food,but with your help I am learning a lot,I look forward seeing the next one!
