Ginseng and chicken soup
The iconic dish from Korea ,surprisingly easy to make.

Everything is simple making this dish,and I found fresh Korean ginseng in a Japanese supermarket,so not much shopping and work is minimal,just long time waiting,but I have a delicious soup at the end!
I also had this in my Korea trip,twice!Because it was the only place I could read the menu,it had Chinese,so the place might not be authentic😁.

The hardest part is to get fresh ginseng,I found it in a Japanese supermarket,I really don't know while they stock it,it seems to be only the only dish needs it,and I don't think many people would make it....
Whole chicken is easy for us,we Chinese cook and eat whole chicken all the time!
The soup is really easy and simple,I encourage you to try!
These are fresh,not expensive at all.
If it's not expensive here,it can't be in Japan,if you live in Tokyo,please go and try those Korean stores in Shin Okubo,or any Korean markets...
