サーロインの塊!!ゴージャス☆
私は脂の少ないヒレのほうが好きなのですが、塊で焼いて数切れ食べるならサーロインも魅力的ですね〜❤︎

I only care for the beefy flavour of a steak,I don't mind if it's a little fatty,or lean.I go for wagyu when I am in Japan,but in HK,a nice piece of US sirloin would make me very happy!I used to eat lots of red meat but now I have to be more conscious on my diet.No special occasion that night,just craving for a steak,and tried out this combination with blue cheese and tomato vinaigrette,it was wonderful!
Wow! it's rare that you were having meaty meal. Your manly food also stylish. I can't eat much meat but I love it.as for me,enough of vegetarianism I need have a meaty meal for summer. Steak is the best way! 😋 btw, roasted tomato vinaigrette sauce is sounds super tasty😻💕 I have never seen a sauce like this before.will try to search about it! Thank you for giving novel idea😊🙏

You forgot the night at yakiniku place,I ate so many beef in one night!I actually love beef,especially a big 'bloody' chunk like this,but I can't eat it often now,beside I have so many other Iove too.Just that I was craving for a steak so bad that night,I have to go for one,I also want to try is combination.I had a steak with melted Gorgonzola in an Italian restaurant before,I thought this tomato vinaigrette would go well with it too.No need to search,basically you coat some tomatoes with oil and baked in oven til golden about 25min,chop them up,then mix with vinegar,basil,shallot and lemon zest.It's so good,I used the leftover in a sandwich too,keep watching next time!
